What is Web 3.0?

To understand Web 3.0, it helps to take a look at the previous WEB 2.0. It is still characterized by the fact that users are now part of the internet themselves. • Connectivity: The semantic web mentioned above also comes into play here. Information is better and more strongly connected with each other through semantic metadata. This has the advantage of significantly improving connectivity in terms of user experience and utilizing all available information.

 

• 3D graphics on the web: 3D graphics have been ubiquitous for many years. However, Web 3.0 has given them a completely new use. They are used in various websites and services on the Internet, for example to display products in 3D or to provide a virtual tour of buildings.

 

 

How will WEB 3.0 change our lives?

Admittedly, this has already happened. Let's take a look at the smartphones that we use every day. For example, the Google search engine has an integrated voice assistant that provides personalized answers and searches for and finds a good Spanish restaurant in Hanover.

 

Such results are made possible because they are an integral part of Web 3.0. This is because the semantic web and artificial intelligence are often used in such voice assistants and other web services.
